This wholesale favorite opened a 152,000 square-foot store bringing more employment opportunities to the St. Johns County community. The growing relationships with local vendors, 150 jobs and consumer cost savings makes this a partnership win for World Commerce Center.
“We are pleased that Costco has chosen World Commerce Center for its new store. Costco is a world-class organization and will be a great addition,” Steinemann & Co. CEO Frank C. “Duke” Steinemann Jr.

ADVENT HEALTH
AdventHealth has acquired a 21.5-acre site to develop its next Florida healthcare facility and campus. The planned development will include an 88-bed hospital, an off-site emergency department, a helicopter landing site, medical offices, as well as additional uses supporting the operations of the medical facility. The site is located off International Golf Parkway, and 2.3 miles southwest of retailers Buc-ee’s, Costco and Bass Pro Shops.
AdventHealth has had facilities in neighboring Flagler County for more than 20 years, and will open an off-site emergency department in St. Johns County in 2026. The substantial World Commerce Center development is a natural expansion for the not-for-profit hospital. Growing with their communities is a core priority for AdventHealth, as they explore opportunities to create new access points to health care services.
